Troop 421 is a youth-led, actively-camping Troop (we camp 10 months of the year). Our young men learn by doing! Our Troop is supported by an active group of adults and parents who volunteer to help our Scouts through committee positions.
For over a century, the Boy Scouts of America has believed that helping youth is key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society. The mission of the BSA is to prepare youth to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
BSA provides programs and activities that allow boys to try new things, provide service to others, build self-confidence, and reinforce ethical standards. Within Troop 421, there are a wealth of opportunities for each Scout to explore, learn, achieve, and grow.
We are open to new members and we welcome all those who are interested in Scouting to join in the fun! If you’d like more information, start here!
